Delivery time
Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered. Please check each product detail page.
Pre-ordered items will be delivered after the release date.
*For items that do not have a shipping date listed on the product detail page, if you selected credit card payment, they will be shipped approximately 10 business days after order confirmation. If you selected convenience store payment or Pay-easy, they will be shipped approximately 10 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, public holidays, New Year's holidays, and summer holidays).
*Please note that this is the "shipping" date, not the "arrival" date, so the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping situation.
*If you order items with different estimated shipping dates at the same time, all items will be shipped together on the latest estimated shipping date.
*For merchandise sold at concerts or events, shipping may take more than 10 business days depending on stock availability.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:
・High volume of orders
・Temporary out of stock
・Delivery impossible due to force majeure such as weather conditions
・Production delays
・Incomplete order or payment due to insufficient or excess payment, etc.
・Shipping operations temporarily suspended due to summer holidays, New Year's holidays, or consecutive holidays
Shipping confirmation
After shipping is complete, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information. Please check it.
By clicking the "View Order" button in the email, you will be directed to a page displaying the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number."
By clicking the "Tracking Number," you will be directed to the shipping carrier's inquiry site, where you can check the shipping status.
If you have registered as a member, you can log in from "Member Information" and check the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" from the relevant "Order History."
Shipping carrier and delivery method
Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify the shipping carrier.
*We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts, etc.
*Orders cannot be delivered to a shipping carrier's business office, post office, or convenience store for pickup.
Combined shipping / Split shipping
We cannot combine or split shipments of items after an order has been placed.
Items ordered at the same time will be shipped together once all items are available, and items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

*Nekoposu delivery may result in loss or damage. We are not responsible for any loss or damage after postal delivery, so please use this service only if you agree to these terms. By selecting Nekoposu delivery, you agree to these terms.
・If the product detail page states "Nekoposu eligible product," you can select Nekoposu delivery.
・Products that do not state "Nekoposu eligible product" on the product detail page are only available for standard shipping. Please be aware of this in advance.
[International Shipping]
The amount varies depending on the country and region. Please check the payment page.
*Our store uses the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping method.
After your package arrives in the destination country/region/state, you may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, and VAT at the time of delivery.
*Please ensure that you comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your destination country/region/state.
*As customs clearance conditions vary depending on the destination, please contact the relevant customs authorities for details.
Pick up
If you are not available at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the delivery notice left by the shipping carrier to arrange for receipt of your item.
If the item is not received within the storage period, it will be returned to the Creepy Nuts STORE.
Please contact us using the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
If 2 months have passed since the return, your order will be cancelled.
*Refunds for cancellations will generally not be issued.
*You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs incurred for re-shipping.
*If there are continuous instances of refusal to receive, long-term absence, or re-shipping due to customer convenience, your use of our services may be restricted. Please ensure you receive your items.
