About delivery

<Delivery time>

Shipping times vary depending on the product you order, so please check the details page for each product.
In the case of pre-ordered products, the product will be delivered after the release date.

*For products that do not have a shipping date listed on the product details page, the payment method is usually around 10 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after confirming the order if the payment method is credit card, or after confirming the payment if using convenience store payment or Pay-easy. It will be shipped within about 10 days (excluding year-end and New Year holidays and summer holidays).
*Since the term refers to ``shipment'' rather than ``arrival'', the actual number of days it takes for delivery will vary depending on your area and transportation conditions.
*If you order products with different scheduled shipping dates at the same time, they will be shipped together based on the product with the latest scheduled shipping date.
*Goods sold at venues such as concerts and events may take more than 10 business days to ship depending on inventory status.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons.
・When orders are concentrated
・If the product is temporarily out of stock
・If delivery is impossible due to force majeure such as weather
・If product production is delayed
・If there is a problem with your order or payment, such as excessive or insufficient charges, etc.
・If shipping operations are temporarily suspended due to summer holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, consecutive holidays, etc.

<Shipping confirmation>

After shipping is completed, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information, so please check it.
When you press the [View Order] button in the email, you will be redirected to a page where the "delivery company" and "tracking number" are listed.
Clicking on the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping company's inquiry site where you can check the shipping status.
If you are a registered member, please log in from [Member Information] and you can also check the ``delivery company'' and ``tracking number'' from the target [Order History].

<Carrier/Delivery method>

Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify a delivery company.
*Specification of delivery date and time, delivery method, and special packaging such as gifts cannot be accepted.
*Orders cannot be delivered to the delivery company's office, post office, or convenience store.

<Combined/split shipping>

We are unable to combine or split shipments of products after your order has been placed.
Items ordered at the same time will be shipped together as soon as all items are available, and items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

*If you choose Nekoposu delivery, we will post and deliver the item to your post (if it doesn't fit in the post, we will take it back).
*Nekopos delivery may result in loss of items, but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or accidents after they are posted, so please use Nekopos delivery only if you are aware of this. If you choose Nekoposu delivery, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

・If the product details page says "Item eligible for Nekoposu", you can select Nekoposu delivery.
・Please note that products that are not listed as "Nekoposu eligible products" on the product details page will only be shipped via standard delivery.

<Receipt>

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, please follow the delivery notification form posted by the delivery company to receive the product.
If the item is not received within the storage period, it will be returned to the Creepy Nuts STORE .
Please contact us using the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within two weeks of the return.
Your order will be canceled after 2 months from the date of return.
*As a general rule, refunds will not be given due to cancellation.
*Customers will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs for reshipping.
*If the customer declines to receive the item due to personal reasons, is absent for a long period of time, or has to reship the item, usage may be restricted. Please be sure to receive the product.

Convenience store settlement

Payment can be made from Lawson/FamilyMart/Ministop/Daily/Seicomart. The administrative fee for convenience store payments is a flat rate of 330 yen (tax included). Please pay at one of the convenience stores selected on the payment method input screen within 3 days from the day after your order.

*If you choose convenience store payment (KOMOJU), KOMOJU will send you an email containing the number required for payment. If you have set up to receive emails, please remove the filter for "@komoju.com" and configure your settings so that you can receive emails from no-reply@komoju.com.

Pay-easy

Pay-easy's administrative fee is a flat rate of 330 yen (tax included). Please make payment within 10 days from the day after your order.
